THE STORY OF LUCEDALE HERB SHOP

In February 2002 I encountered this fun health food store and became friends with the owner,
Ms. Angie Turner. She was ready to sell the shop and I was ready to buy. We shook hands and two weeks later I had Lucedale Herb Shop. Now what???

My dear friend, Vicki Reeves, knows absolutely everything about the retail business so with her by my side we jumped in and got to work. It was so much fun!

In 2004, the building where we currently are became vacant and I jumped on the opportunity
to buy this building since it was in a great location and it had it’s own parking and there is some Lucedale history that came with this building. We moved to this location in August of 2004 and have been there ever since.

We have weathered hurricanes, tornados, the Gulf Oil Spill, covid 19 and with the help of our
family and friends we are still here and thriving.
